Who can join?

Any resident or landowner within the areas designated by the Waccabuc Landowners Council By-Laws is eligible for membership. Membership is on a voluntary basis; it is not a requirement that you join if you are a Waccabuc resident. 

The geographic areas which are served by the Waccabuc Landowners Council are defined as follows in the By-laws:

All residents and property owners that reside within the Hamlet of Waccabuc, as defined by the Town of Lewisboro, shall be permitted to join the WLC, if they so desire.  This definition also happens to coincide with the homes encompassed by the 10597 Zip code.

The prior definition, which stipulated specific geographic boundaries, will no longer be in use, effective as of July 9, 2023.
